Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 450bd platform, including the website at 450bd.bet, all associated services, betting markets, casino games, and promotional offers. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 450bd ("we", "us", "the Platform").

• You must not already hold an active account on 450bd. If you previously held an account that was closed for a violation of these Terms, you may not open a new account without written permission from the 450bd support team.

2. Account Registration and KYC

All users must complete the registration process before accessing any real-money features of the 450bd platform. The registration process requires you to provide a valid mobile number, a unique password, and your accurate personal details. 450bd uses a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify user identity and comply with its anti-money-laundering obligations.

• You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number. This information must match the identity documents you may be required to submit at a later stage for KYC verification.
• Each mobile number and email address may be associated with only one 450bd account. Attempting to register multiple accounts using variations of the same contact details is prohibited.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 450bd platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 450bd does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Processing times and limits are as follows:

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳100. There is no upper deposit limit imposed by 450bd, though payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your account within seconds of confirmation.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. 450bd reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time and will provide reasonable notice of material changes to supported payment options.
• Deposits made from a third-party account (i.e. a payment account not held in your own name) are not permitted. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party account it will be reversed and the associated funds returned.
• 450bd does not accept deposits made with funds sourced from illegal activity. Any deposits suspected of being derived from criminal proceeds will be reported to relevant authorities and the associated funds will be frozen pending investigation.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account. If your most recent deposit method is no longer available, contact [email protected] to arrange an alternative.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 450bd reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC checks if they have not already been completed. Standard withdrawal processing time is one to three business days.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the wagering requirements attached to the relevant bonus. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn and will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the requirement is met.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

450bd may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional offers to new and existing users. All promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer and to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between an offer-specific term and these Terms, the offer-specific term shall prevail in respect of that offer only.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new users only. A new user is defined as a person who has never previously held an account on 450bd. Creating a new account to claim a welcome bonus after a previous account has been closed or suspended constitutes bonus abuse and is prohibited.
• All bonus offers carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each offer are stated in the offer-specific terms.
• 450bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus offer is withdrawn while a user is in the process of meeting its wagering requirement, any progress already made will be retained up to the point of cancellation.
• Promotional offers may not be combined unless expressly stated in the offer terms. Stacking multiple bonuses on a single deposit is not permitted unless 450bd explicitly allows it for a specific promotion.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a payout, or using automated tools to exploit bonus terms — is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived balances.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or playing a casino game on the 450bd platform, you agree to be bound by the game rules applicable to that game or market. Game rules are set by the respective game providers and are not within 450bd's control. In the event of a technical fault or dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded by the game provider's server shall be the definitive result.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 450bd does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet except where an obvious pricing error has occurred and 450bd determines, in its sole discretion, that a correction is warranted.
• 450bd reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds resulting from a system error, data feed error, or human error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance. 450bd will notify affected users of any voided bets.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage over other users or over the platform is strictly prohibited. Detection of such use will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Collusion between players — including sharing hand information in live card games, coordinating bets to manipulate outcomes, or any other form of cooperative cheating — is prohibited and will result in account suspension, investigation, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

6. Responsible Gaming

450bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control of their gambling activity. • Grounds for immediate suspension without prior notice include: providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, suspected bonus abuse, suspected fraud or money laundering, use of prohibited automated software, or failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.

• During any period of account suspension or investigation, 450bd may place a hold on the account balance. Held funds will not be available for wagering or withdrawal until the investigation is complete and a determination has been made.

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 450bd platform, including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of 450bd or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of 450bd. Unauthorised use of 450bd's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

10. Privacy and Data Protection
